Moulding Equipment

These series of equipment are used in sampling from concrete during concreting operations in various construction sites. These moulds made in cylindrical and cubic shapes and they are also made in different sizes as follows. The most important thing about this mold is, at the bottom of these kinds, dissimilar of the similar products rather than cast iron, a steel plate is used, so that when transport or during of sampling and sample hammer blow, there is no possibility to break the bed of mold.

Today, these moulds are produced from plastic and composite, due to the lightweight and easy opening and closing the mould are very used. In order to prevent adhesion of concrete to mould walls, the walls of the mould are coated with a thin layer of mineral oil, then Concrete poured into moulds in several layers. Concrete density with a high slump by 25 strikes in three layers and each layer of concrete is done by vibrating hammer, concrete density with low slump done in two layers with internal and external vibration.
